Nick & Jen Stepan
Both born and raised in the Midwest, Nick and Jen have been enjoying Naples since the 80’s. After relocating, both began careers in Real Estate. Nick worked with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and has an affinity for problem solving and taking special care of each property. Jen’s background includes Real Estate sales and several years in commercial property management. Jen excels in business operations and attention to detail. Together, they strive to provide a white glove experience at every turn.
Kacie Shields Administrative Coordinator
Kacie, originally from Lake Vermilion, Minnesota, moved to SWFL in 2008. She graduated from FGCU in 2010 with a B.S. in Resort & Hospitality Management. Kacie's background and experience has proven to make her a perfect fit with the SPM family. Kacie loves the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, is a wife and mom, and enjoys working on her newest hobby of woodworking and furniture building.

"Dr. Mittens" Office Kitty
Please meet Mitty: Originally a rescue, Mitty now enjoys long naps in the sunshine or a cozy corner in the office, we think of her as our SPM mascot as she greets each vendor who visits with a warm welcome - and you may even hear her saying "hello" over the phone at times! She's as social as they come and isn't shy about begging snuggles, treats, and lap time from visitors who become instant friends.
SPM loves all animals and is happy to arrange for care for your pets as well!
